The role

Help build a brand that stands out in a market full of noise.

At AgentsLab we build AI coworkers that take over repetitive, document-driven work: order entry, invoice processing, service tickets and more. Our AI coworkers read documents, interpret the information, take action and post straight into the customer's system. Exceptions go to a human. We now run for 20+ customers in wholesale, manufacturing, construction, retail and finance, processing well over a million cases a year.

We're growing fast and looking for someone to help shape our brand and make it visible. You get a real say in how AgentsLab looks, sounds and comes across.

Heads-up: working Dutch required

Most of what you write goes out in Dutch to a Dutch audience, so fluent Dutch and English are both hard requirements.

What you'll do

Your focus is content and brand. You make things that actually reach our audience, and you think along on how AgentsLab positions itself in a market where everyone claims to be 'doing something with AI'.

  • Create content for LinkedIn, our website and other channels: from customer cases and product stories to visuals and short video.
  • Help build our website and the niche pages for our core segments.
  • Think along on brand, tone of voice and visual style. Our brand is still under construction and you help make it sharp.
  • Research which channels and formats reach our audience best (COOs, finance managers and operations leads in mid-market companies).
  • Use AI tools throughout your own process, from first concept to finished product.
  • Look critically at what's already there and come back with something better.

Who this role fits

  • You have a sharp eye for quality. You spot generic AI content from a mile away and refuse to publish it. Everything that goes out feels considered, polished and ours.
  • You follow the AI market closely, or you want to get there fast.
  • You use AI models daily to work faster and better, and you know exactly where the human eye makes the difference.
  • You have taste. You sense what fits a brand and what damages it.
  • Freedom and ownership give you energy, and you dare to say what could be better about what's already there.

What we're looking for

  • A student (university or university of applied sciences) available 16 to 24 hours a week, for example in marketing, business, communications, media or design.
  • Demonstrable affinity with content creation: show us what you've made, in any form.
  • A feel for both copy and visuals. You don't have to be a designer, but you see the difference between good and mediocre.
  • Fluent Dutch and English (both are hard requirements).
  • A proactive, self-reliant and curious mindset.
  • Genuine interest in AI, automation and B2B marketing.

Why AgentsLab

  • Small team in Amsterdam, short lines, no layers. You get the freedom to build and your work goes live straight away.
  • You help shape the brand of a fast-growing AI start-up, with all the room to leave your own mark.
  • You work with proven solutions and concrete numbers behind every case, so you never have to sell hot air.
  • Plenty of autonomy and very little corporate politics.
  • Solid working-student compensation and flexibility around exams and lectures.
  • Based at our office on the IJsbaanpad in Amsterdam, with room for hybrid working.

Interested?

We're looking for someone with taste, ambition and an opinion of their own. Someone who wants to be proud of everything that goes out under the AgentsLab name. Want to help shape the brand of the next generation of process automation? Send us something you made and are proud of, and we'd love to hear from you.
