Platform cost
A fixed monthly fee per AI colleague, set by your case volume. From € 150 for a small, simple process up to € 2,400 at 5,000 cases a month. Maintenance is included.

One-off, depending on your process and your ERP. After the 90-minute Quick Scan you get a quote with an exact amount within two weeks. No surprises afterwards.

The tiers
Per process, per month
The rate grows with your volume: you land in the tier your monthly volume fits into. At tier L you pay a fixed amount for anything between 1,000 and 2,500 cases a month, whether those are orders, service tickets, purchase invoices or expense claims. Running several processes at once? Then we make one proposal for the whole.

XS is for small 1 or 2-step processes with low volume, such as approving an invoice. Above 5,000 cases a month, or across several processes at once, we make a custom proposal. All amounts exclude VAT and exclude the one-off implementation.

How we calculate
- Manual work cost: your FTE effort times the salary cost per FTE. For reference: € 8 to € 15 of processing time per manually handled case.
- Error cost: APQC measures 1 to 3% errors in manual data entry. For handwritten and scanned documents, reported rates run up to 8% per line.
- Automation rate: customers see fewer than 5% exceptions in practice. Those stay human work and we do not count them as savings.
- Platform cost: straight from the tiers above, maintenance included. Measured reference: Technotrading, 27 seconds per order over 5,397 cases.
